We all know successful sports teams and businesses have coaches.
Coaches are responsible for the wins and achievements. They supply the knowledge and tactics required for the game to achieve the best results. In fact if a team continually loses games they don’t replace the team they replace the coach.
However what a 95% of Australian’s don’t know is a coach is required for you to ‘win the finance game’. (Incidentally 95% is the number of Australian people who will not retire financially secure). Check out the story ‘women will be worst off’ for more details.
Like it or not you are already playing the ‘finance game’.
To find out if you are winning ask yourself: am I growing my debt or am I growing my investment? As my dad would say this is an ‘in your face’ question. It makes you stop and think.
To succeed in the ‘finance game’ (you are already playing) you need a good finance coach. A person who’ll supply you step-by-step strategies to build strong and long lasting wealth. Down to earth, easy-to-follow and fool-proof strategies. Not a ‘get-rich-quick’ scheme that the tax department is going to overturn in 7 years time and leave you with a monstrous debt (think of the olive farms in 2006).
Winning the finance game means you:”are debt free
- have $1m in assets separate to the home you live in
- are not paying the bank extra money each month. ‘Baby Boomers are lazy‘
- have minimized the tax you pay by legally and morally, restructuring your financial affairs as per Mr Packer’s advice in the ‘anti government quote’ story
- have a strong financial plan to retire financially independent at the very least, if not wealthy (only 4% of people retire financially independent and just 1% of people will retire wealthy)
Most importantly ‘winning the finance game’ means you are in control of your finances.
As you can see simply paying off your mortgage and having the average $200,000 or so in your super account is not ‘winning the finance game’ – it is simply playing a game your entire life and then losing.
Don’t despair locating a financial coach is neither hard nor expensive. The Wealth Centre Finance Coaches are part of the service we provide and there is no cost at all.
